• Human Knot - The group stands in circle facing each other. Each person uses their right hand to hold another persons hand. Then each person uses their left hand to hold another persons hand (it can't be same persons hand that you are holding with your right hand). Have fun twisting, turning, crawling, etc. to untwist your human knot!

• Story Builder- The group stands or sits in a circle and one person starts a story. The next person adds to the story and you continue going around the circle until everyone has a turn to add to the story! For an extra challenge, the last word each person says has to rhyme!

• Create a Creature - The leader picks an animal and the group has 2 minutes to create the shape of that creature by positioning their bodies to form it!

​

• Tower Building - For this activity split the group into 2 or more teams. Teams use spaghetti noodles,marshmallows, and tape to see who can build the tallest free standing tower in 8 minutes!
